Africa: France's neglected plaything	L'Afrique: le jouet délaissé de la France
The humanitarian wreckage created by the United Nations in the Congo is being worsened by France's bungling of an already dire situation. As for Liberia, residents there are calling for American and not French or UN involvement. Two of the biggest threats to poor countries are 'humanitarian' socialism and UN style multilateralism.	La catastrophe humanitaire provoquée par l'ONU au Congo est en train d'être empirée par le rafistolage français d'une situation déjà critique. Quant au Libéria, les résidants là-bas appelent de leur voeux une intervention américaine. Ils ne veulent ni de la France, ni de l'ONU. Deux des plus grandes menaces pour les pays pauvres sont le socialisme 'humanitaire' et le multilatéralisme onusien.
