The French artistic, cultural, and we-take-you-all-for-a-bunch-of-jerkoffs circles are shaken by the beating given by Bertrand Cantat to his main squeeze, the actress Marie Trintingnant. The Paris Intelligentsia is a shithole populated by drug addicts, alcoholics, and other depraved individuals much too 'has been' to merit more than a half a paragraph in the National Enquirer. Where are the Noël Mamères, always ready to give lessons with regards to what they consider to be 'unjust violence' (as long as the violence is committed by Americans or Israelis)? Where are the radical feminists who become fit to be tied as soon as an off color joke is told on a TV show? Where are the Ardissons and the other filth that compose the cultural oligarchy always ready to denonce those that do not act in accordance with their codes of conduct? Where are the human rights brigades who fight amongst themselves to have the right to be the first to throw a tantrum as soon as a Palestinian terror chief gets so much as a broken finger nail? Right now these 'beautiful people' are upset that Cantat is being held in a prison 'singled out in international studies' for its conditions of confinement.
UPDATE: Just like Cantat, the web sites of Noir Désir have blown a fuse. Voici une interview dans l'Huma qui montre assez bien l'attachement de Cantat aux violences qui gravitent autour d'Attac et la cause terroriste palestinienne. Quant à la caillera médiatico-gauchiste franchouille, elle fait preuve d'un silence assourdissant depuis le début de cette affaire. Où sont les Noël Mamères Nick Ta-mères toujours moralisateurs dès il s'agit de 'violences injustes' à leurs yeux (tant qu'elles sont commises par des américains ou des israëliens)? Où sont les Chiennes de Garde folles à lier dès qu'une blague égrillarde s'ébruite sur un plateau de télé? Où sont les Ardisson et autres raclures de l'oligarchie culturelle toujours si prompts à dénoncer le premier venu qui ne fait ni dans le beau ni dans le gentil? Où sont les droits de l'hommistes de la dernière heure qui se battent pour être le premier à piquer une crise des feux de Dieu dès qu'un chef terroriste palestinien se fait casser une ongle? En effet, tout ce joli monde déplore que Cantat soit renfermé dans une prison 'montrée du doigt dans des rapports internationaux' pour ces conditions d'incarceration.
