Jew see that cabbie run the red light? Le chaffeur de taxi ne s'arrêtait pas aux feujs rouges
Friday morning in a Paris cab. The radio is tuned to news of the launch of 'The Passion of the Christ' in the United States. As soon as the reporter says that the film is accused of being anti-Semitic the taxi driver states 'Great, I'd better see it then!'. When the same reporter specifies that Le Monde Al-Jazeera on the Seine feels that such accusations are groundless the taxi driver says 'there's no point in seeing it'. Paris, vendredi matin dans un taxi. Un rapport sur le lancement du film 'The Passion of the Christ' aux Etats-unis passe à la radio. Dès que le présentateur de radio déclare que là-bas le film est taxé d'antisémitisme il dit 'Génial, ça vaut le coup de le voir alors!'. Dès que le même présentateur précise que Le Monde Al-Jazira sur Seine trouve que de telles accusations sont sans fondement le chauffeur de taxi dit 'ce n'est plus la peine de le voir'.
UPDATE: The movie will not be shown in France. As 'Pauvre France' points out, rather than affronting hateful French youths, the French authorities prefer to not rile up the natives to begin with. DERNIERES INFOS: Le film ne sortira pas en Fwance. Comme nous dit 'Pauvre France', plutôt que de faire face à ses chères têtes blondes haineuses, les autorités franchouilles (France + trouille) préfèrent ne pas prendre les indigènes bien du pays à rebrousse poil.
