Tired, tired. Plantu is beat. Anyway, when the war is over Chiraq will have to, at last, face up to the miserable domestic situation. Chiraq is seen here using his ejectable Prime Minister Raffarin as a human shield. Notice the striking civil servants good-for-nothings at the bottom left-hand side. Qu'est-ce qu'il traîne la patte, Plantu! Enfin, à la fin de la guerre, Chirak sera enfin obligé de faire face à la désastreuse situation interne. Ici, Chirak se sert de son Premier Ministre 'fusible' Raf-fera-rien comme bouclier humain. En bas à gauche, ce sont des fonctionnaires bons à rien qui font grève.
